Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Condition A:
- Existing bottle shape/model with standard colors.
- MOQ: 30,000 pcs, with a minimum of 2,000 pcs per model.
Condition B:
- Existing bottle shape/model with customized colors, surface textures, text & logos, cap types, or any other design changes without altering the bottle shape.
- MOQ: 10,000 pcs per model.
Condition C:
- Completely new bottle shape/model that does not exist in the market or we do not have the mold for.
- MOQ: 60,000 pcs.
Quantity Tolerance:
- A tolerance of 3-5% is allowed due to carton/pallet quantity adjustments and raw material considerations.
- The difference will be calculated and charged/refunded after the goods are received by the customer.
Payment Terms:
- 100% advanced payment before production.
Delivery Time:
- Delivery time highly depends on the customer’s design
- This is not a guarantee, but an estimated time frame for customers to consider under normal circumstances.
Condition A:
- Average (most common): 3-15 days after payment and design confirmation.
Condition B:
- Average (most common): 12-30 days after payment and design confirmation.
Condition C:
- Sketch confirmation > molding confirmation > sample confirmation > mass production. The fastest production time is 50 days.
Shipping and Import Costs:
- For orders placed between late December and January,There would be some delay because of Chinese New Year Holiday.
- Delivery time may be delayed, and we do not accept any complaints related to this.
- We do not accept orders with a deadline.
Price Changes:
- Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is made.
Sampling Process:
Physical Sampling:
- Before mass production, we recommend and require customers to conduct a physical sampling.
- Customer must sign off on the approved physical sample before mass production.
- The physical sampling process usually takes 15-20 days after payment and design confirmation.
- The cost is around USD 72- USD 270, depending on the details/specifications of the desired design.
- The physical sampling cost will be refunded to the customer upon mass production order (deducted from the invoice).
Non-Physical Sampling:
- For mass production orders that do not go through the physical sampling process (customer request), consider non-physical sampling (via photo/video only).
- Upon mass production order, the customer must sign off on the approved product photo.
- The non-physical sampling process takes 10-15 days after payment and design confirmation.
- The cost is around USD 72- USD 200, depending on the details/specifications of the desired design.
- The non-physical sampling cost will be refunded to the customer upon mass production order (deducted from the invoice).
Disclaimer:
- In non-physical sampling orders, we are not responsible for product discrepancies that are “not visible from photos/videos.”
- Please request to us in detail whatever you want to see, so that there are no gaps.
- Photo/video requests can only be made within 1 day during working hours. We do not accept repeated requests.
Changes after Design Confirmation:
- In any sampling order (physical or non-physical), any changes to the design after confirmation will be charged 100% of the sampling invoice value again, and will be put at the back of the queue.
- Please prepare the most finalized draft design before confirmation to us.
In Mass Production:
- After sampling confirmation, any changes/corrections that differ from the agreed sample design/model/shape will be charged at the cost of a new invoice, and will be put at the back ofthe queque.
Receiving Goods:
- Check the total number of packages against our packing list
- Inspect the condition of the packaging for any signs of damage (wet, torn, broken, dented, etc.)
- If any of the above issues are found, reject the goods and immediately contact us
- If the courier forces you to accept the goods, check the contents together with the courier/driver, take photos/videos, and record any discrepancies
If there is none of those things found, then you should within 3 days :
- Inspect the shape, printing, quantity, completeness, precision, and other factors of the bottles/packaging/containers
- Record the inspection process in a video
- In case of any issues, provide us with the video evidence
